Conditions of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pkshaan", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkshaan platform, its operating company, and all affiliated entities responsible for delivering gaming and sports betting services at pkshaan.im.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the pkshaan platform, whether or not a financial transaction has been completed.
• "Platform" refers to the pkshaan website, mobile interface, applications, APIs, and all associated services accessible at pkshaan.im or through any authorised channel.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by an individual following completion of the pkshaan registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the User into their pkshaan account using a verified payment method, net of any withdrawals and wagers settled.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spin equivalents, cashback amounts, or any other non-deposited funds credited to an account by pkshaan as part of a promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process, including identity, age, and payment method verification procedures required under pkshaan's compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a User must wager — as a multiple of deposit, bonus, or combined amounts — before a Bonus Balance or winnings derived from a bonus may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the pkshaan platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or pkshaan's operational licence conditions.

Access to and use of the pkshaan platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the User's engagement with the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkshaan strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with its international gaming licence conditions. Age verification is mandatory and will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and non-human legal persons are not permitted to hold pkshaan accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pkshaan is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or are currently located.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of pkshaan or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or platform partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with pkshaan or any other affiliated gaming operator.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, date of birth, and a contact number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any Bonus Balance.

pkshaan reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration on the platform does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access and pkshaan retains the right to close or suspend any account at any time in accordance with these Terms.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your pkshaan account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted using your account credentials — including wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses activated — will be attributed to you regardless of whether the activity was carried out by you personally. pkshaan accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify pkshaan immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team through the live chat facility.
• pkshaan strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. This feature is available in account security settings.
• You must use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other online services.
• pkshaan staff will never ask for your account password via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

pkshaan accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating source, less any applicable transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made, in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Where this is not technically possible, pkshaan's compliance team will determine the appropriate withdrawal route on a case-by-case basis following full KYC verification.

pkshaan reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds applicable thresholds, where unusual account activity has been detected, or where KYC documentation has not been fully submitted. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended pending the outcome of such checks.

pkshaan offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn as Real Money.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. The applicable contribution schedule will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While an active bonus is present in your account, a maximum single-wager restriction applies. Placing wagers in excess of the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per eligible account unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly permit repeated participation.
• Abuse Prevention: pkshaan reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than to engage in genuine recreational play.

pkshaan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotion terms will not apply retroactively to bonuses that have already been accepted and are actively being wagered.

All games offered on the pkshaan platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, crash games, Mines Grand, Monster Dice, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These individual game rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and form part of the binding agreement between you and pkshaan.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on pkshaan's servers, the server-side record shall prevail in all cases. pkshaan's gaming infrastructure operates on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for casino products, and live sports betting markets are determined by official match results from recognised governing bodies including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC).

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the relevant game round or sports event has commenced.
• pkshaan reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that was subject to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or manifestly erroneous market pricing.
• For cricket and sports betting markets, settlement will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or results are subject to official review, pkshaan's sports betting rules will govern settlement and these will be communicated within the sportsbook interface.
• pkshaan does not accept liability for bets placed based on information the User incorrectly understood to represent confirmed odds or market conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkshaan platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with pkshaan.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to misrepresent your location.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, extract data, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any competitive gaming format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the pkshaan platform as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are not valid and will be voided. Users who discover technical errors are required to report them to pkshaan support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour towards pkshaan staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical operation of the pkshaan platform or its underlying systems.

All content published on the pkshaan platform — including but not limited to the pkshaan brand name, logo, graphical assets, software interfaces, game titles developed by or exclusively licensed to pkshaan, written content, promotional materials, and data structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkshaan or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkshaan platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or distributing pkshaan content; using pkshaan's brand or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation; scraping or aggregating pkshaan's odds, pricing, or game data for commercial or third-party purposes; or creating derivative works based on pkshaan's proprietary content.

pkshaan is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining recreational activity. It carries real financial risk and is not a reliable source of income. pkshaan does not encourage users to gamble beyond their personal financial means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pkshaan users and can be activated immediately through the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your pkshaan account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen notifications during active play sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and amounts wagered during the current session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined time period across all pkshaan products.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, wager, or access any gaming product.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pkshaan platform for a defined period of not less than six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. pkshaan will not accept deposits or wagers from a self-excluded account.

pkshaan complies with the responsible gaming standards mandated by its international gaming licence. Minor protection measures — including robust age verification — are enforced as a non-negotiable platform-wide requirement. The 21+ age restriction is absolute and applies to all products on the pkshaan platform without exception.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkshaan, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated winnings, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the pkshaan platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even if pkshaan has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond pkshaan's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Financial losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure for breach of these Terms.
• Any actions taken by pkshaan in good faith on the basis of information provided by you or arising from your account activity.

pkshaan's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the value of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits pkshaan's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The pkshaan platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkshaan makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with your specific device or software environment, or the accuracy of any information displayed on the platform.

pkshaan collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, CNIC number, contact information, and payment method details — is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of our services. pkshaan does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pkshaan may share your data with third-party service providers, including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud detection systems, where necessary to deliver platform services and meet regulatory obligations. All such third-party data processors are contractually bound to process your data only for the specified purpose and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

pkshaan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a user — pkshaan will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your account, by prominent notice on the platform, or both.

Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent version.

Your continued use of the pkshaan platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting pkshaan support prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkshaan holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with pkshaan informally by contacting our support team. pkshaan will use reasonable efforts to resolve your concern within 14 calendar days of receiving a written description of the dispute submitted through the platform's support channel.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within the stipulated period, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures mandated by pkshaan's licensing authority. pkshaan will cooperate fully with any such escalation process and provide all relevant documentation requested.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect against imminent, irreparable harm.
